Las monedas estarán disponibles para la venta al público en las ventanillas del BCN.
A partir de este 8 de febrero el Banco Central emitirá monedas conmemorativas al centenario del poeta nicaragüense Rubén Darío.
Según el texto publicado en la página web de la institución, los diseños de las monedas presentan en el anverso en el borde superior el texto “PRÍNCIPE DE LAS LETRAS CASTELLANAS”, y al centro el retrato y firma de Rubén Darío.
En el reverso muestran en el borde superior la leyenda “REPÚBLICA DE NICARAGUA”, en el borde inferior el valor facial “1000 CÓRDOBAS” y al centro el escudo de Nicaragua con la leyenda “CENTENARIO DE LA MUERTE DEL POETA RUBÉN DARÍO 1916-2016”.
Así mismo enfatizaron que dichas monedas, de curso legal, no serán de circulación obligatoria, si no que estarán disponibles para la venta al público en las ventanillas del BCN.
